CONFLICT MANAGEMENT

Dealing With Violent Situations

When things get out of hand your first step will be to try and work it out without using any physical force. Your understanding of conflict and how to deal with violent situations will have a big impact on the outcome. You need to be able to maintain composure and calm when dealing with violent situations.

Conflict Management Training

That’s where we come in. It’s not easy maintaining composure in the face of a difficult situation, when someone might be using threatening behaviour or violence. Our conflict management training will teach you to keep your cool whilst diffusing difficult situations.
