Every Tuesday in the UK demos take place across the South against Huntingdon Life Sciences (HLS) vivisection labs, the largest contract testing lab in Europe. Novartis in Southampton and Horsham are regular targets of activists.

As we reported a while ago because activists have been all but banned from targeting HLS HQ they have turned their attentions to any company that may have links, directly or indirectly to HLS.

Some at risk firms may be unaware they are or could be targeted. Law firms, packaging firms accountancies etc etc. If you believe you could be targeted then talk to us.

There has been an Anti Capitalist Campaign running from the 01 Aug 2009 and culminating next weekend, the 18th and 19th September 2009.

Activists have called for more direct action in the run up to next weekend and in particular towards autonomous and occupied spaces.

If your business or travel plans take you into the Capital then please be aware of this and plan accordingly. Security planning has worked well up to now with up to the minute alerts as to location, movements and numbers of activists moving through and around the City.

From the 1st Aug to 19 September 09 there is an ongoing demonstration against capitalism.

Anti-capitalist activists called for an increase in direct action in support of Autonomous and Occupied Spaces.

Organisers are aiming to increase activity in the build-up to two days of action on 18 and 19 September.

Please be aware and adjust your security accordingly should you feel you could be at risk of direct action by activists.
